Is there a mystery to be solved as to how the Machine issued Hanna's number as a POI?[]
- She is the only POI issued outside of New York
- She had been missing since 1991
- The last public reference to her was in 1993 when Root used her name to open a bank account
- Her case was not being actively investigated by Bishop PD
- One of the biggest threats to the machine is about the only person still interested in Hanna's fate
- It may have been possible for Root to fake the call Reese received
- It's possible that since she was still being sent junk mail she still had an active digital presence
