Vadim Loginov is Genrika Zhirova's third cousin.
He was instructed by Gen's kidnappers to not report it when she went missing, in exchange for cocaine. Being a drug addict, Vadim accepted.
Sameen Shaw interrogated Vadim after she found the same cocaine on one of Gen's kidnappers. She then knocked him out as he started smoking the cocaine.
